Steven Serle is the founding officer of Steven Serle, P.A. and has been involved in the real estate industry for more than 35 years. Having worked as a Realtor, Broker, Owner, in house attorney and solo practitioner, Steven Serle has risen through the ranks of attorneys to become a highly respected authority in the field of real estate and related real estate matters. Steven Serle has worked with several Realtor Associations and Real Estate companies, including Re/Max, Coldwell Banker, Keller Williams and Prudential.

Deborah Ullman, Esquire

Deborah Ullman received both her undergraduate degree and her J.D. from Nova Southeastern University. Deborah focuses her practice primarily on real estate transactional matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, development and title examination. Deborah also devotes a portion of her practice to probate and other transactional matters. Deborah has been working in the legal field for over 25 years mainly in real estate, and has been practicing law for over 10 years.

Ellen Dorfman, Esquire

Ellen Dorfman received her undergraduate degree from the University of Massachusetts/Amherst and her JD from Brooklyn Law School. She is admitted to both the New York and Florida Bars and has been a practicing attorney for 30 years. Her practice areas involve all real estate related matters as well as probate and other transactional matters. She joined the Law Offices of Steven Serle, P.A. in 2007 and has been a vital part of the legal team.

Steve Mackey, Esquire

Steve Mackey graduated from Valparaiso University, received his M.B.A. from Temple University and his J.D. degree from Stetson University. He has been licensed to practice law in both FL and PA for over 35 years. He served as an underwriting attorney for Attorneys Title Insurance Fund, Florida’s largest title insurance underwriter. As a licensed instructor by the Florida Department of Insurance, he regularly lectured on all aspects of title as well as foreclosure, trusts and surveys. He served as counsel for a national institutional lender, and operated a title agency in private practice. Mackey concentrates on real property law, residential and commercial.

Jenna Fortgang, Esquire

Jenna Fortgang received her undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University and her J.D. from University of Miami. She has been licensed to practice law in Florida since 2007. Jenna currently focuses her practice on probate, real estate and estate planning matters. She routinely guides clients through the court procedures and deadlines of Florida probate and trust administration. Her experience at preparing comprehensive estate plans; including wills, trusts, durable powers of attorney and related documents, allows her to help each client develop an estate plan that is personalized to their needs. Her real estate practice focuses on both commercial and residential real estate transactions and disputes, including all aspects of litigation, from commencing the actions, through the taking of discovery, and the conducting of hearings and trials. Jenna has previously represented financial service providers in regulatory, enforcement, transactional, and litigation matters.
